FIREBIRD MEDIA LLC · WOMAN-OWNED, VETERAN-OWNED
Transformation you can defend.

I help leaders adopt AI ethically, grounded in standardization and good governance.
I help leaders examine the evidence behind consequential decisions—whether they're adopting AI, managing organizational change, or determining which information they can trust.
Who I work with
Mid-tier defense and government contractors piloting GenAI and facing customer pressure on AI governance.
Government program offices, often reached through a prime.
Sound familiar?
Pilots that don't scale.
Knowledge scattered across drives and inboxes.
No AI oversight framework.
A workforce that's anxious.
Leaders who can't explain the plan.

Why Firebird?
Where we start
You get me, not a bench of junior staff.
I've spent my career where mission, people, and information meet: as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer, leading transformation for Navy and Air Force clients, and as an internationally accredited journalist in Rome and at the Vatican. I've worked with everyone from Fortune 500 defense contractors to small businesses breaking into the defense sector.
I'm pursuing an M.S. in AI Management at Georgetown University, where I lead graduate research on AI ethics. Ethical AI, sound standards, and good governance are the core of my work.
My mantra: Never trust. Always verify.
Your AI plan deserves the same scrutiny.
How do you make a sound decision when the information in front of you is incomplete, conflicting, or deliberately misleading?
Before you invest in AI or change how your organization works, you need to know which questions to ask.
We'll start with the question you need answered—and work toward a decision you can defend.
